Waremme, a small town in the countryside where life is good.

This new district involves the redevelopment of a brownfield site. The brand new "Quartier des Hirondelles" is being built on the site of the former Waremme râperie, along the Chaussée Romaine.

The project includes the creation of 234 homes (164 houses and 70 flats), the creation of an 8,500m² wooded park and the construction of a footbridge (the Passerelle des Hirondelles).

The first two plots (64 and 65) on Avenue Emile Vandervelde have already been sold.
