The shops were leased to Spar, JBC, Krëfel and Dreamland. In other words, a worthy alternative to ribbon development along main roads. The building accommodates 4 large retailers. The roof boasts a 250-space public parking facility that was conceded to Optimal Parking Control. The station square and the new building have fundamentally changed the appearance of the station and act as a landmark for the wider environment. It’s an all-round win-win.
