The location of the homes on the waterfront guarantees optimum living quality. A new community square gives access to the existing jetty which, in turn, acts as the staging point for a variety of recreational water sports activities. New walking and cycle paths connect the site with the village centre and the polders behind it. The development is planned in two phases and consists of 76 apartments, 30 semi-detached homes, a zone for sociocultural activities and local enterprises, and underground parking.
