The corner building and the buildings in rue de l’Ecuyer were preserved and now fulfil residential and commercial functions. Residential units were also created on the upper floors of the old buildings. The ground floor now houses a number of shops. There is also a hotel with its entrance on rue Léopold. Built around a central open patio, the project boasts a garden enclosed on three sides by a cloister. The facades on rue Léopold were fully restored in neoclassical style. Giving the historical elements a new purpose has made La Mondiale more vibrant than ever.
