The project ensures significant de-paving and greening through the creation of a new park zone and pleasant squares. The Kerremans Park, planted in 2012, and the Kerremansbos nature reserve are easily accessible. Moreover, several important corporate headquarters are located nearby, including L’Oreal HQ, Brico HQ, Suez HQ, Randstad HQ, Volvo Trucks HQ, and EVS Brussels Office, as well as the Asse Industrial Park.
The neighborhood is within walking distance of the Sint-Agatha-Berchem train station, which is directly connected to Brussels-North. There is good access to the Brussels ring road. Still is a new, harmonious neighborhood with supportive amenities for the community, and a car-light, child-friendly environment.
